All our life experiences are valuable, especially the ones we call bad. They show us areas where we are resisting our growth. Our resistance thoughts cover up anger, blame, beliefs in lack, and feelings of being unworthy. Your feelings of unworthiness appear so that you might discover; how worthy you are. Imagine you wanted to go to college, get a new car or maybe find a job working from home. You know what you want and need; however, your internal voice keeps doubting it will ever happen. We all have those doubting inner voices in our heads. Every time you move forward, despite the negative mental chatter. You demonstrate to yourself how worthy you are. Initially, it may feel threatening or foolish to move toward challenges. But, when you do, the payoff will be so satisfying.
We all have things that scare and intimidate us; maybe it's time we start seeing these resistant thoughts as motivators. Encouraging us to see ourselves as brighter and more worthy than we ever thought possible.
