Relaxing Strong Feelings

All day you are bombarded with the ideas and opinions of others that often are not aligned with your thoughts and ideas. When you can allow others to have their thoughts and opinions, you create internal contentment for yourself. When you relinquish the need to convince others to have your prescribed ideas. When you give others the right and space to feel as they desire. This creates internal contentment in you, allowing you to simply observe.

Whenever you hold strong opinions related to the thoughts of others. Your firmly held ideas or beliefs will create stress in you. So how do you release that stress? By allowing others to think and believe as they desire.

Thoughts and Beliefs

Our thoughts form the foundation for our beliefs, which form the foundation for how we experience the world. And if the idea is held tightly and practiced daily, it will be reinforced with proof to validate it. We prove whether our beliefs are true or false. For example, when you believe your environment is unsafe, you will attract many examples of why the environment is dangerous for your health. Currently, you are implementing the law of attraction, which always works. If you believe you are unsafe, you will attract experiences in alignment with your belief. Conversely, if you have a thought, this environment is perfect for my health. Then once again, you are implementing the law of attraction, and you will attract many experiences of how excellent the environment is for your health.

You woke one morning and knew you could never be hurt, injured, or harmed in any way? Suppose this realization was so apparent that you instantly decided to reclaim your life. Now instead of playing a small part in your life. You became the screenwriter and director of your life. Now you are free to create any experience you desire! For example, suppose you wanted a better relationship with your long-lost brother; you could simply rewrite the screenplay. In your new play, your brother bumps his head, making him unable to remember your painful ten-year separation.

When Life Happens

All our life experiences are valuable, especially the ones we call bad. They show us areas where we are resisting our growth. Our resistance thoughts cover up anger, blame, beliefs in lack, and feelings of being unworthy. Your feelings of unworthiness appear so that you might discover; how worthy you are. Imagine you wanted to go to college, get a new car or maybe find a job working from home. You know what you want and need; however, your internal voice keeps doubting it will ever happen. We all have those doubting inner voices in our heads. Every time you move forward, despite the negative mental chatter. You demonstrate to yourself how worthy you are. Initially, it may feel threatening or foolish to move toward challenges. But, when you do, the payoff will be so satisfying.
